• Your pop up wedding at Hickson Street Lookout

• Assistance and guidance with completion of the City Council public park booking application

• Hickson Street park booking fees

• Ceremony furniture and styling Including: A styled arbour of your choice, silk floral arbour piece, base rug and decorative pieces to suit your theme and location, signing table and 26 x white americana chairs

• Your marriage officiated by a Celebrant plus all legals

• A pre-wedding consultation with your Celebrant to go through all legal paperwork required

• PA system and ceremony music

• Two hour photo-shoot, 150 high-res edited images for your own personal use

• Your choice of a semi-naked wedding cake with fresh floral topper (caters for 25), OR a luscious seasonal Bridal bouquet in your color scheme

• A wet weather back up venue

• A run sheet detailing the running schedule of your day

• Your own on-site wedding coordinator

TIMES: Your package will run for 2.5 hours as follows (example only for a 3pm pop up wedding):

2.30pm - Guest arrival

3.00pm - Ceremony, congratulations with guests

3.30pm - Cake cutting (optional), group photo

3.40pm - Location photoshoot

5.00pm - Conclusion of pop up package

PAYMENT: A $1000 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining amount due 30 days prior to your pop up wedding. After your wedding is confirmed an invoice for your tailored package will be forwarded to you. For all T&Cs please read our "terms of service" on the check out page. We only accept credit card payments online, contact us to make a bank transfer or Paypal payment.

Conditions: Packages are priced from $4000 and are subject to venue hire fees on your preferred date. Bookings placed through this website are tentative until your preferred date is confirmed with our team and the venue. Please allow up to 5 working days for confirmation to take place. Deposits are only refundable when availability on your preferred date cannot be met.
